Our policy is to satisfy you, the customer. We will make every effort to see that you get the product and service you require. In order to achieve this goal we have set forth the following criteria to ensure that all of our customers are treated equally and fairly, and costs (to both Falcon and our customers) are kept to a minimum. We sell products in several different categories from several different manufacturers. This results in a set of policies that seem rather long and complicated.

Non-defective stock items purchased within the last 90 days are returnable without an RMA number. Items must have all original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Items must be returned with a copy of the Falcon invoice/receipt.
Non-Stock and Custom Items:
Non-stock items under $50.00 are non-returnable.
Non-stock items over $50.00 require an RMA# (see obtaining an RMA# below) and are subject to a restock fee. Our ability to return products varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. This means that the return policies and restock fees vary from product to product. Please feel free to call us for details on your particular product. Items must have all original packaging and must be in resalable condition.
All custom items are non-refundable. Defective custom items may be returned for replacement only.
Delivery of Return Items:
A copy of the Return Materials Request Form along with a copy of the original Falcon Technologies invoice/sales order must accompany all return merchandise. This applies to returns coming in at the counter as well as returns arriving via UPS, etc. All returns shipped to Falcon Technologies must show the RMA number legibly on outside of package.
Return of defective items is acceptable when items do not function in accordance with the specifications set forth by manufacturer. Defective stock items may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of invoice. No RMA# is required.
All non-stock and custom items invoiced within the last 30 days require an RMA#. (See obtaining an RMA# below.)
Any defective item that is over 30 days from the invoice date will require that the customer interface directly with manufacturer.
Obtaining an RMA#:
To obtain an RMA number the return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
1) Call 314-994-9066 and ask to speak with a representative from the RMA department.
2) The representative will complete a Return Materials Authorization form. The customer will need to provide the following information:
- Falcon Sales Order/Invoice number
- Part Number
- Quantity to be Returned
- Reason for the return.
3) If the request meets Falcon Tech's criteria as described above and the manufacturer's criteria, an RMA# will be issued. The representative will fax or email the completed RMA form to you, noting the RMA# and any applicable restock fees.
4) All authorized returns must be received by Falcon Tech within 14 days of RMA date. After 14 days the RMA# is invalid and the process must be repeated if you still wish to return the product.
Processing returns generates a cost in both dollars and efficiencies. The above processes were designed to minimize those costs, thereby allowing us to maintain competitive pricing and high levels of customer service. Therefore, any item requiring an RMA# must be shipped with the appropriate RMA form. Any item received by Falcon Technologies without a valid RMA number or later than fourteen (14) days from the RMA date will be considered as an unauthorized return. At that time, the unauthorized return item is returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box.
