Placing Orders Shipping
Orders are processed very quickly. Most in-stock items for orders received by 3pm, Monday-Friday, ship the same day.
    Please note that all credit card orders must clear our credit card security department before the order can be released for shipment.
Once your order is shipped, an e-mail is automatically sent to you with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
Since our system processes an on-line order within minutes of receiving it, it’s best to call and speak with a sales representative if you need to make changes. Sales representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm (CST) at 314-994-9066 or 1-866-958-4499.

If you prefer to make your changes yourself, you may edit your order as long as it remains open on-line. If your order has already closed, the system will not allow you to make those changes, and you will need to call us.
An automatic confirmation is e-mailed within a few minutes of receiving the order.

If you have set up an account online and we have received your tax exempt certification and applied it to your account, you may place orders on-line, tax exempt.

If this is your first time placing a tax exempt order with us, please call and speak to a representative before placing an order so we can make sure your account is ready to accept tax exempt orders.
There may be multiple reasons why your card was declined.

Examples include: address differs from address on card, security restrictions placed on your card by you or your bank, invalid expiration date, insufficient funds to cover authorization.

If you are unaware of any reason why your card was declined, please give us a call. We can try to enter the transaction manually.

If the card is still declined, you may want to contact your bank to inquire about the issue.
When ordering through our website, you have the option of paying with a credit card.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. If you have an account with us and it is set up as a Net 30 account, etc. you may place orders through our website by selecting to pay with a “Falcon Purchase Order Number” at check-out.
Yes, there are two ways to request a quote:

i. On the homepage there is a blue box that reads “Click for Quote.” This will take you to a form where you can enter in whatever questions, products and quantities you like and submit them directly to a salesman. This is especially useful if you have a long list of items you would like us to quote, and you can simply copy and paste them into the form.

ii. The second way is to enter your quote as if you were purchasing from our site. When the option for payment is available select “Custom Quote.” In this way you can tally up your order complete with prices, freight charges and any applicable taxes. Your order will be received by a salesman but will not be processed.

Both options allow our customers to receive an e-mail confirmation stating that we have received your quote. Your order will not ship unless we receive a verbal confirmation of your decision to process the quote into an order.
Yes. Simply click “In-store Pick-up” under shipping methods when checking out.

Shipments, other than LTL, are calculated by the carrier’s automated freight calculator.

The charges can only be estimates because these calculations are based solely on weight and zip code.

The calculators cannot use other factors that affect the rate, such as dimensions, number of packages, destination outside service area, dimensional weight, non-standard packaging.

Most E-Commerce sites compensate for these factors by charging an inflated rate or higher prices for their products. At Falcon Technologies we prefer our freight charges to be just that – freight charges without the additional “fudge factor.”

If our estimate is high, your charge will be lowered accordingly when we ship your order. If our estimate is low, we will still use that low estimate. If you would like to know the exact freight charge before placing your order, feel free to call us and we can provide you with an accurate amount based on all appropriate freight factors. Freight charges for LTL shipments are available by phone only because there is no automated freight calculator for LTL carriers.
