These cables feature premium CAT5E connectors made with 50 micron gold-plated contacts for maximum performance and a high resistance to corrosion. Constructed with 100% pure 24 gauge, stranded copper cable. Pure copper not only is required to meet TIA/EIA specifications, it is also the best conductor of data signals while providing the lowest resistance. Pure copper should be strongly considered when using PoE network devices where electrical voltage is being sent across the cable. 100% tested.
